The Hershberger farm has been a valuable local supplier. Mose is fourth-generation Amish, taking over the farm in 2004 that has been in his family for more than 100 years. Doing things traditionally, Mose and his family milked their 62 head of dairy cows by hand until 1995, when they transitioned over to more modern methods.
