1960 to 1993 As a 33 year veteran of Happy Chicken Farms, Ed set an early record for longevity at our family business. He was a very loyal and capable employee who over the years did it all: worked in the egg processing plant, picked up our nest eggs at the farm, called customers for orders and wrote the invoices, maintained our grading machine and could run every local delivery route! The last five years of his career, Ed took advantage of our Phased In Retirement Program working fewer days and less hours as time went forward. And I don’t think he was ever late for work and very seldom sick; a model employee and one we are very happy to had worked for us!
